Ordering Online- How it works

As soon as you complete your order and payment is made, your information is processed immediately and your part enters the programming department. After leaving the programming department, your part is packaged and shipped using your chosen shipping method. Once you receive your new part, you can use the included prepaid shipping label to send us your old part (CORE). When we receive your old part your one-year warranty begins. CORE must be returned with core return sheet within 14 days after receiving your replacement unit to validate your warranty. The part must be in the same condition you received it in. Damaged, modified, or opened parts are not eligible for returns. Items postmarked after 14 days are not eligible for a refund. By accepting/buying this part (s), you agree to pay a core charge of up to $100 for gas parts and $400 for diesel parts in the event that you do not return your core(s) to us within the stated time frame. CORE is REQUIRED for every purchase. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call or send us a message.

Shipping Information

We will ship your part using your chosen shipment method. Keep in mind that your part may not ship the same day that you order, but we will use your chosen shipment method when we do ship. A tracking number will be e-mailed to the e-mail address that you supply with your order. If no e-mail address is supplied you will not receive tracking info. If there are any questions about shipping or tracking, feel free to give us a call and ask for the shipping department.

Refunds & Return Policies

This is an electrical part. If you have any questions about this part, please email or call us before you buy. If you order the wrong part we will make an exchange if you pay shipping. You may return this part(s) for any reason within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus a 25% restocking fee as well as shipping and handling charges. The part must be in the same condition. There are NO REFUNDS after 14 days.
